BUDGETING / SCHEDULING
Creation of realistic and achievable pre-development, construction and operating, and commissioning budgets
Proven accountability processes implemented to keep projects on budget and on time
Collaboration with our construction team throughout the pre-construction and construction process to meet all benchmark, completion and commissioning dates
Site Supervision implementing effective and knowledge-based decision making processes and systems designed to solve on-site field conditions and unforeseen site issues (See Construction Management)
PROJECT MARKETING & LEASING
Oversee marketing, branding and initial leasing of all residential and commercial units
Identify and source potential tenants and uses for community facility, retail and commercial units in mixed use buildings; Ability to deliver commercial, retail and community facility tenant fit-out
